The program was held over two days: the K1 class participated yesterday, and the K2 and K3 classes joined today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5f53\u5712\u306e\u5e7c\u5150\u30af\u30e9\u30b9\u3067\u306f\u3001\u4eac\u8449\u30ac\u30b9\u6599\u7406\u6559\u5ba4\u3068\u306e\u5354\u529b\u306b\u3088\u308a\u3001\uff12\u65e5\u9593\u306b\u308f\u305f\u308b\u697d\u3057\u3044\u30af\u30c3\u30ad\u30f3\u30b0\u30a4\u30d9\u30f3\u30c8\u3092\u958b\u50ac\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002\u5b50\u3069\u3082\u305f\u3061\u306f\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u306a\u30c9\u30ea\u30f3\u30af\u306e\u4f5c\u308a\u65b9\u3092\u5b66\u3073\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002\u30d7\u30ed\u30b0\u30e9\u30e0\u306f\uff12\u65e5\u306b\u5206\u3051\u3066\u5b9f\u65bd\u3055\u308c\u3001\u6628\u65e5\u306fK1\u30af\u30e9\u30b9\u304c\u3001\u4eca\u65e5\u306fK2\u304a\u3088\u3073K3\u30af\u30e9\u30b9\u304c\u53c2\u52a0\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The kids eagerly put on their aprons and decorated their cups with colorful stickers, making the experience more fun and personal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5b50\u3069\u3082\u305f\u3061\u306f\u610f\u6b32\u7684\u306b\u30a8\u30d7\u30ed\u30f3\u3092\u7740\u3051\u3001\u30ab\u30e9\u30d5\u30eb\u306a\u30b7\u30fc\u30eb\u3067\u81ea\u5206\u306e\u30ab\u30c3\u30d7\u3092\u98fe\u308a\u3001\u3088\u308a\u697d\u3057\u304f\u500b\u6027\u7684\u306a\u4f53\u9a13\u3068\u306a\u308a\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The instructor from <a href=\"https:\/\/mitsui-shopping-park.com\/en\/lalaport\/kashiwa\/shopguide\/1288802.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"KeiYo Gas Cooking School\">KeiYo Gas Cooking School<\/a> explained the importance of eating a variety of fruits and vegetables and presented two juice options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4eac\u8449\u30ac\u30b9\u6599\u7406\u6559\u5ba4\u306e\u8b1b\u5e2b\u304b\u3089\u306f\u3001\u3055\u307e\u3056\u307e\u306a\u679c\u7269\u3084\u91ce\u83dc\u3092\u98df\u3079\u308b\u3053\u3068\u306e\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u304c\u8aac\u660e\u3055\u308c\u3001\u4ee5\u4e0b\u306e\uff12\u7a2e\u985e\u306e\u30b8\u30e5\u30fc\u30b9\u306e\u9078\u629e\u80a2\u304c\u7d39\u4ecb\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Option 1:<\/strong> Apple, carrot, milk, and honey&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u30aa\u30d7\u30b7\u30e7\u30f3<\/strong><strong>1<\/strong><strong>\uff1a<\/strong> \u308a\u3093\u3054\u3001\u306b\u3093\u3058\u3093\u3001\u725b\u4e73\u3001\u306f\u3061\u307f\u3064<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Option 2:<\/strong> Watermelon, spinach, and orange juice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u30aa\u30d7\u30b7\u30e7\u30f3<\/strong><strong>2<\/strong><strong>\uff1a<\/strong> \u30b9\u30a4\u30ab\u3001\u307b\u3046\u308c\u3093\u8349\u3001\u30aa\u30ec\u30f3\u30b8\u30b8\u30e5\u30fc\u30b9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Most children chose the first option. The instructor demonstrated how to safely operate the blender, including the buttons to start and stop it, and explained the ingredient quantities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u307b\u3068\u3093\u3069\u306e\u5b50\u3069\u3082\u305f\u3061\u304c\u30aa\u30d7\u30b7\u30e7\u30f31\u3092\u9078\u3073\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002\u8b1b\u5e2b\u306f\u30df\u30ad\u30b5\u30fc\u306e\u5b89\u5168\u306a\u4f7f\u3044\u65b9\u3084\u3001\u30b9\u30bf\u30fc\u30c8\u3068\u30b9\u30c8\u30c3\u30d7\u306e\u30dc\u30bf\u30f3\u306e\u64cd\u4f5c\u65b9\u6cd5\u3001\u4f7f\u3046\u6750\u6599\u306e\u5206\u91cf\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u8aac\u660e\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The children took turns adding ingredients and blending their juices. Afterward, they tasted their creations. While some loved the flavors, others were less sure, sparking a valuable conversation about trying new healthy foods.
