Halloween is an exciting time at Beyondia International School, and our youngest friends and their families are part of the celebration, too! At our Baby & Mommy Halloween Party, children and parents shared a special morning filled with curious discoveries, playful moments, and their very own little Halloween adventure.

Beyondia International Schoolのハロウィンは、お兄さん・お姉さんたちだけのお楽しみではありません。Baby & Mommyのお友だちとご家族も一緒に、ハロウィンを楽しみました。好奇心をくすぐる発見や親子で楽しむ遊びを通して、子どもたちも自分たちらしいハロウィンを体験した一日です。

A Little Halloween Magic for Our Youngest Friends｜子どもたちが夢中になったハロウィンの魔法

One of the morning’s highlights was a glowing Jack-o’-lantern carved by our Kinder friends. With a little light shining inside, the pumpkin immediately caught the children’s attention. Little hands reached towards the glow, and some curious explorers even managed to touch the light inside! It was lovely to see the children investigating this unusual sight while their families shared in their excitement.

この日の注目を集めたのは、Kinderのお友だちが作ってくれたジャック・オー・ランタン。中に小さなライトを入れると、かぼちゃが幻想的に光り始めました。不思議な光に興味を持って手を伸ばし、中のライトに触れるお友だちも！子どもたちが夢中になる姿を、保護者の皆さまも一緒に楽しんでいました。

For young children, Halloween does not need to be about elaborate costumes or complicated games. A glowing pumpkin, something new to look at, and the freedom to reach out and explore can be exciting in their own way. Our Baby & Mommy activities are designed to give children opportunities to experience seasonal celebrations through simple, age-appropriate play, with their parents right beside them.

小さな子どもたちにとって、ハロウィンは仮装や難しいゲームだけではありません。光るかぼちゃを眺めたり、気になるものに手を伸ばしたりすることも、この時期ならではの楽しい体験です。Baby & Mommyでは、保護者の方と一緒に、子どもの発達や興味に合った遊びを通して季節の行事を楽しめる時間を大切にしています。

Making Memories Together｜親子で作るハロウィンの思い出

Next came our monster gift-bag craft! The children explored the materials as they created their own cute monster bags. Each child could take part in their own way, with parents close by to share the experience and enjoy those small moments of discovery together.

続いては、かわいいモンスターのギフトバッグ作り。それぞれの子どもが素材に触れながら、自分だけのバッグ作りを楽しみました。保護者の方もそばで見守り、一緒に制作の時間を楽しみながら、子どもの小さな発見や反応を共有しました。

And what would Halloween be without Trick-or-Treat? After making their bags, the children collected treats and tucked them inside. It was a simple but special way for our youngest participants to join in the Halloween fun and enjoy a little adventure of their own.

そして、ハロウィンのお楽しみといえばTrick-or-Treat！手作りのモンスターバッグを持ってお菓子を受け取り、大切そうにバッグの中へ。子どもたちもハロウィンならではの雰囲気を楽しみながら、小さな冒険を体験しました。

At this age, the experience is not about doing everything independently or getting every step right. It is about having the chance to explore, participate in ways that feel comfortable, and share happy moments with the people who matter most. For parents, these little moments can become treasured memories of their child’s early experiences with seasonal celebrations.

この時期の子どもたちにとって大切なのは、何でも一人でできることや、手順どおりに完成させることではありません。安心できる人と一緒に、興味のあることに触れ、自分なりの方法で参加すること。その小さな積み重ねが、親子にとってかけがえのない思い出になっていきます。

At Beyondia International School, we want our Baby & Mommy families to feel included in the joy of school life. Seasonal events offer a chance for parents and children to experience the school environment together, meet others in the community, and enjoy activities created with their little ones in mind.

Beyondia International Schoolでは、Baby & Mommyのご家族にも、学校で過ごす楽しさや季節の行事を一緒に感じていただきたいと考えています。親子で学校の雰囲気に触れ、ほかのご家族と交流しながら、子どもたちのために考えられた遊びを楽しむ。そんな時間も、私たちが大切にしている学校での体験のひとつです。
