Today, our Nursery and Pre classes enjoyed a wonderful Parent & Child Picnic at Kashiwa-no-ha Park. It was a special opportunity for children, families, and teachers to spend time together outside of the classroom and create lasting memories.
本日、Nursery・Preクラスの親子遠足を柏の葉公園で開催しました。子どもたちや保護者の皆さま、そして先生たちが普段のスクールとは異なる環境で交流し、楽しい思い出を作ることができた特別な一日となりました。
We began the event with our familiar Hello Song. The children enthusiastically joined in singing a song they know and love from school, helping everyone feel relaxed and excited for the activities ahead.
まずは、子どもたちが普段から親しんでいるHello Songでスタートしました。慣れ親しんだ歌を元気に歌う子どもたちの姿に、保護者の皆さまからも自然と笑顔が見られ、楽しい一日の始まりとなりました。
Next, families enjoyed interactive activities inspired by From Head to Toe and The Wheels on the Bus. Children and parents moved their bodies together, acted out different movements, and shared many smiles throughout the activities.
続いて、「From Head to Toe」や「The Wheels on the Bus」を題材にした親子でのふれあい活動を行いました。歌や動きに合わせて体を動かしたり表現したりしながら、親子で楽しい時間を過ごしました。
One of the highlights of the day was our Parent & Child Relay Race. Families worked together as they pretended to be different animals and vehicles, cheering each other on and enjoying the challenge together.
親子リレーでは、動物や乗り物になりきりながらコースを進みました。親子で協力してゴールを目指し、周囲からの応援も加わって会場は大いに盛り上がりました。
To conclude the event, everyone participated in a Bingo Game. Children searched for fruits and sweets displayed on their bingo cards, developing observation skills while experiencing the excitement of discovery.
最後はビンゴゲームを行いました。カードに描かれたフルーツやスイーツを探しながら公園内を歩き、「見つけた！」という喜びや達成感を味わうことができました。楽しみながら観察力や探究心を育む活動となりました。

当スクールでは、遊びや体験を通して学ぶことを大切にしています。IBの探究的な学びの考え方も取り入れながら、子どもたちが自ら考え、発見し、挑戦する力を育めるよう日々の保育を行っています。
The park was filled with smiles from beginning to end, and it was a truly memorable day for our children, families, and teachers alike. Opportunities like this allow us to strengthen the partnership between home and school while celebrating children’s growth together.
当日は終始たくさんの笑顔に包まれ、子どもたち、保護者の皆さま、そして職員にとっても思い出に残る素敵な一日となりました。このような機会を通して、ご家庭とスクールがつながりながら、子どもたちの成長を一緒に見守ることの大切さを改めて感じることができました。
