Community Event at Kashiwanoha-campus Station/ 柏の葉キャンパス駅前での地域イベント
Today, Beyondia International School Kashiwanoha participated in “Kashiwanoha Marché Coloré” held in front of Kashiwanoha-campus Station. Under the theme of Flowers & Greenery, we enjoyed spending a wonderful day together with many children and families from the local community.
本日、Beyondia International School Kashiwanoha は、柏の葉キャンパス駅前で開催された「Kashiwanoha Marché Coloré」に参加しました。“花とグリーン” をテーマに、地域のたくさんの子どもたちやご家族の皆さまと楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。
Fun Craft Activities for Children/ 子どもたちのための楽しいクラフト活動
At our booth, we offered two exciting craft activities:
- Handprint Flower Art
- Create Your Own Original Camera
The children enjoyed creating their own original designs while expressing their creativity freely.
Beyondiaのブースでは、2つのクラフト活動を行いました。
- 手形フラワーアート
- オリジナルカメラ作り
子どもたちは自由にアイデアを考えながら、オリジナルの作品作りを楽しんでいました。
Student Agency in IB PYP Learning/ IB PYPにおける「Student Agency」
As an IB PYP Candidate School, we value student agency, which means children are encouraged to have voice, choice, and ownership in their learning experiences.
During the craft activities, children freely chose:
- which craft they wanted to make
- the colors they wanted to use
- their own decorations and designs
This helped children build confidence while expressing their individuality and creativity.
Beyondia International School Kashiwanoha は IB PYP Candidate School として、「Student Agency（子ども主体の学び）」を大切にしています。
これは、子どもたちが自分の考えを持ち、自分で選び、自分の学びに主体的に関わることを意味します。
今回のクラフト活動でも、子どもたちは
- 作りたいクラフト
- 使いたい色
- 飾りやデザイン
を自分で自由に選びながら活動しました。
このような経験を通して、子どもたちは自分らしさや創造力を表現し、自信を育んでいます。
Learning English Through Natural Communication/ 自然なコミュニケーションを通した英語学習
While making crafts, the children also enjoyed chatting with our international teachers in English.
Through these natural conversations, children were able to:
- practice English communication
- develop social skills
- build confidence using English in a relaxed environment
At Beyondia International School Kashiwanoha, we believe children learn language best through meaningful experiences and enjoyable interactions.
クラフト活動をしながら、子どもたちは外国人の先生と英語で楽しく会話をしていました。
このような自然なやり取りを通して、子どもたちは
- 英語でコミュニケーションする力
- ソーシャルスキル
- 英語を使う自信
を楽しく身につけています。
Beyondia International School Kashiwanoha では、子どもたちは「楽しい経験」や「実際のコミュニケーション」を通して、自然に言語を学ぶと考えています。

The children were very proud of their creations, and many parents were happy to see their children actively participating and expressing themselves.
