Learning at Beyondia / Beyondiaの学び

At Beyondia, we value learning that goes beyond the classroom.

The name “Beyondia” reflects our belief in “Beyond the classroom” learning.
We see everyday life and daily experiences as an essential part of education. Through interactions with friends, moments of play, and small discoveries in daily life, children gradually build the ability to think, act, and grow with confidence.

We also value the IB-inspired perspective of play-based learning, where children deepen their understanding through active engagement, curiosity, and meaningful experiences. We believe that play is not separate from learning, but one of the most important ways young children make sense of the world around them.

Beyondia International School Kashiwanoha, based on the philosophy of the Kurihara Gakuen Group, aims to nurture individuals who can think independently, take action, and thrive in the world. Through daily activities, we support children in developing an international mindset, a love of learning, and the ability to care for and act with others in mind.

“Beyondia”という名前には、”Beyond the classroom”という想いが込められています。
私たちは、教室の中だけでなく、日々の生活や体験そのものを大切な学びの一部と考えています。友だちとの関わりや遊びの中での発見、日常の中で感じる小さな気づきの積み重ねが、子どもたちの考える力や行動する力につながっていきます。

また、IBの考え方にも通じるPlay-based learning（遊びを通した学び）の視点も大切にしています。子どもたちは、遊びや体験の中で主体的に関わりながら、自然に学びを深めていきます。私たちは、遊びは学びと切り離されたものではなく、幼児期におけるとても大切な学びの形だと考えています。

We offer information sessions for families who are considering enrollment.
These sessions provide an opportunity to experience the atmosphere of our school and learn more about our daily routines and educational approach.

We also accept mid-year enrollment, depending on availability.

ご入園をご検討の方向けに、説明会を随時実施しています。
